Training & Resource Centre

To establish and manage a Training & Resource Centre that works towards capacity building of those involved in transforming lives – through the RU Trust and other likeminded organizations.

A Training & Resource Centre that equips individuals, families, institutions, and communities encompassing the following

“Rapha Unlimited Trust is grateful to MRF Foundation who provided a CSR grant of Rupees Fifty Lakhs as a part contribution (2023-24) towards the construction of the Training & Resource Centre”

Counsellors Training – counsellors for children, youth, marital, psychological and spiritual issues.

Family Enrichment seminars and training of Resource Couples to handle marital issues.

Training in Sports Leadership and Management to utilize Sports as a channel in communities to build character and excellence.

A Mentors Circle of highly experienced professionals to provide mentorship and intense short-term programs for Leadership development of institutional heads and future potential leadership – to enable them to serve and impact their communities in line with the vision and mission of their organizations

Capacity building and training for management of Children’s Homes and community outreach for the elderly.

Proposed Infrastructure

A multi-purpose Training Hall (flexi accommodation – from 20 persons to 400 persons) - can be partitioned for smaller groups.
A Training & Meeting Room capable of seating 30 top-level leaders on the ground floor.
A recording & media Room.
A football turf on the roof of the main auditorium, designed for youth-related leadership seminars.
A stilt level car park with a capacity for more than 20 vehicles for the use of the trainees and participants.
A games room that would provide rest, relaxation and fellowship. A Badminton court; Table Tennis; Snooker table with more indoor games
A Gazebo and an open-air amphitheater
A Resource Center that would also include a Library
A seating deck
A dining shelter in tune with the ambience
Adequate play area and quiet spots for meditation

Rapha Unlimited has entered into MOUs and arrangements with four like-minded teams and units who are deeply involved in providing training and making available resources for capacity building in these fields
